Our State and Federal Survey was completed in April 2017. A BIG thank you to our residents, families and staff for your participation. The surveyors observed our dedication to providing quality care. We had a successful survey!
We are excited to have our new patio opening Spring 2017. Last minute touches and landscaping are being done everyday! Soon you can come, visit and enjoy the large bubbling rock water feature with your family.
Remodeling coming soon!!! We are looking forward to updating our front lobby in the near future! Striving everyday to make Holmes Lake Rehabilitation and Care Center feel like home for our residents.
